1) Who we are
Wrappi.io (“Wrappi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an informational explorer for the Pi Network ecosystem, currently focused on testnet data. Wrappi is operated by xcross. We provide public token, pool, and trade information obtained from network and/or community sources, plus an optional sign-in using the official Pi SDK.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wrappi.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
3) Informational Only — No Advice
- Wrappi provides informational data only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Always verify independently before making decisions.
- Wrappi is non-custodial; we do not hold keys or assets and we do not execute transactions on your behalf.
4) Testnet, and Future Mainnet
Wrappi currently focuses on Pi Network testnet. When Pi mainnet becomes publicly available, Wrappi may display mainnet data. You are solely responsible for understanding differences between testnet and mainnet, including risks, value, and permanence of actions on-chain.
5) Pi SDK & Wallet
- Authentication uses the official Pi SDK (username scope).
- Optional donations use Pi payments through the Pi SDK; this may reveal your public address.
- You are responsible for your wallet security, device security, and reviewing any prompts before approving transactions or sharing information.
6) Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If prohibited by law, you may not use Wrappi.
7) Acceptable Use
- No misuse, scraping at abusive rates, or interfering with the site or APIs.
- No attempts to bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt services.
- No unlawful use or infringement of others’ rights.
8) Third-Party Services & Links
Wrappi may reference or link to third-party services (including Pi Network resources). We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.
9) Intellectual Property
We own the Wrappi site design, branding, and original content. Third-party trademarks and content are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our marks without permission.
10) Warranty Disclaimer
WRAPPI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRAPPI AND ITS OPERATORS (INCLUDING XCROSS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF WRAPPI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12) Changes, Suspension, Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wrappi, or terminate or suspend your access, at any time without liability. We may update these Terms as needed; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrappi operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required, disputes shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
